Jon Moxley defended his AEW World Championship against Adam Page in the Dynamite main event this week and the action kicked off in a big way when Page attacked Moxley as he was walking through the crowd. Page and Moxley put on a show for the fans, but unfortunately the match was cut short after Page suffered an injury which caused the ringside physician to stop the match.
AEW later issued a statement confirming that Adam Page suffered a concussion during the AEW World Championship match on Tuesday night. Page recently took to social media to thank everyone for their support when he posted the following:
“hey thanks everyone for being so nice, im doing alright and feeling good today. had a nice panini for lunch. thanks to paul, medical, mox, brandon, bj, etc, (insert introspective yet merciless quote about unfinished business here) jef you didnt put in a good quote, fix it please”

Following the main event Jon Moxley had some kind words for Adam Page as he said that he hopes the former champion recovers 100%. It was then announced that MJF will challenge Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship at Full Gear next month.
