Fans have seen a number of WWE stars get released in recent years, but it was recently reported that Roderick Strong has requested his release multiple times, and the request has been denied.
It doesn’t seem that WWE officials have any plans to release Roderick Strong from his contract, but during a recent episode of the Hall of Fame podcast Booker T said that he thinks the company should grant the request.
“I don’t know if they’re going to grant it or anything like that, I’m nowhere near the office. But, if he wants his release, I say give it to him. One thing about being down in that system, we’re talking about Ember Moon, and Ember Moon says she had got to the point where she wasn’t having fun. Her contract was coming up, and she wasn’t going to re-sign her contract as well… They want to have some fun, man, you know what I mean?”
