Business has certainly been picking up on Friday Night SmackDown, and on last week’s show King Woods picked up a big victory over Jimmy Uso in the main event. After the match was over The Bloodline took the fight to Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, and Kingston’s leg was targeted during the assault.
WWE recently posted a tweet announcing that Kofi Kingston was evaluated, and he’s been diagnosed with a MCL sprain in his knee. It’s not clear at this point in time if this is just a storyline, or if Kofi is dealing with a legitimate injury. Xavier Woods is set to face Roman Reigns on SmackDown this week, and WWE is teasing that Kofi may not be in his corner.
