It’s been a big week for the stars of WWE. Saturday night the NXT roster took over the Barclays Center in Brooklyn with NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III, and the following night the WWE main roster tried hard to top the event with the annual SummerSlam pay-per-view. Both shows were full of big moments, and both shows left fans wondering what’s next.

Quite a few titles changed hands at SummerSlam, and there were some big title changes at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III on Saturday night as well. Without a doubt the biggest title change of the night happened during the main event when Drew McIntyre managed to keep Bobby Roode down for the three count after hitting him with the Claymore.

McIntyre captured the NXT Championship for the first time in his career, but unfortunately for Drew his celebration was short-lived. Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly attacked McIntyre after the main event, and it seems that the next NXT Championship feud is set.

Given that Bobby Roode dropped the title, and NXT doesn’t seem to be hurting for star power right now, it’s been speculated that we could see Roode join the main roster soon.

Some major fuel was added to this fire when Roode was reportedly backstage at WWE Raw on Monday night, but he didn’t end up making his debut on the show.

Now fans are talking about a potential Bobby Roode call up once again, because he’s been spotted arriving at the Barclays Center where SmackDown Live is scheduled to take place tonight.

Once again, Bobby Roode was backstage at the Barclays Center Monday night and he didn’t appear on Raw, so this doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll be debuting tonight.

But it certainly seems that his main roster debut will most likely be happening sooner rather than later.
