The AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view is set to air live tonight and right now the wrestling world is talking about MJF after he no showed a meet and greet on Saturday. Now fans are waiting to see how things will progress in regards to his scheduled match with Wardlow at Double or Nothing.

It’s no big secret that MJF wants more money, and he’s also been pretty open about his interest in possibly joining WWE. Bryan Alvarez noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that the rumor is Tony Khan is willing to give MJF more money if he signs a contract extension. However, MJF has not signed an extension which could be an indication that he wants out of AEW, and that more talents could be interested in seeing what WWE has to offer as well.

“There’s been a big shift among people in AEW, not that they, like, want out, but it’s definitely different in the sense that, I get the impression that more people are willing to go if they get a great offer. Whereas before a couple of years ago, it wasn’t like they wouldn’t go if they were offered tonnes of money but they were so happy to be there…

But now they’ve seen that Cody’s made a lot of money, he’s a top guy, and he’s getting pushed, now things absolutely have changed in terms of the way that people view potentially going to WWE.”

Stay tuned for more updates on MJF’s status for Double or Nothing as they become available.
