Last year’s Survivor Series was a big show as it featured a major War Games match in the main event. Drew McIntyre teamed up with The Judgment Day to face Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Jey Uso and Sami Zayn. It was Cody’s team that won the match and after it was all said and done CM Punk made his surprise return to WWE.

While many people were happy to see CM Punk return, Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre made it clear that they didn’t feel the same way. Drew McIntyre stormed out of the arena before Punk’s music hit while Rollins shouted at Punk from the ringside area after he returned.

During a recent appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Drew McIntyre talked about his reasons for leaving the arena while stating that he didn’t want to cause an incident.

“Yeah, I was p***ed off, and I chose to leave the arena because I’m not going to cause an incident that’s going to affect everybody’s mood afterwards and the guys in the match that worked so hard.

People asked me about Seth’s and my reaction; maybe that was Seth’s legit reaction, but to me, I couldn’t have stood out there if somebody’s that close to me that I don’t like that much. I wouldn’t stand and swear and have people hold me back. I would have walked right up to him and punched him in the face, so I chose to leave the building.”
