Han Solo is getting his very own standalone film and rumor has it that the film will feature Han’s friend Lando Calrissian as well.
The movie will follow a young Han Solo, and Alden Ehrenreich will be stepping up to try and fill Harrison Ford’s shoes. However, the role of Lando has yet to be cast.
Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston will be defending the WWE Tag Team Titles at SummerSlam later this month, but right now Woods has his eyes on another prize. As soon as WWE Superstar Xavier Woods found out that the role is vacant, he immediately took to Twitter to pitch himself as the next Lando.
Woods posted the following on Twitter:
They are looking for someone to play Lando in a new stand alone Han-Solo movie! Umm hellooooooo. Can I please?!?!!

Xavier Woods is lobbying for the role, but it remains to be seen if he’ll even get an audition, but the power of positivity has done some great things for Woods over the past year, so you never know.
According to Birth.Movies.Death directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller have their eyes on Donald Glover and he’s said to be the first choice for the part.
