The tag team division in WWE has been interesting as of late with teams such as RK-Bro and The Usos in the forefront. Now it seems that the division might be losing a team as it looks like former SmackDown Tag Team Champions Rey & Dominik Mysterio could be splitting up.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that there has at least been talk of Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio not being together moving forward. Rey Mysterio has reportedly undergone stem cell treatments for injuries recently. WWE previously teased a storyline where Rey told Dominik to go out on his own, but it was dropped.
Dominik has not wrestled since he faced Veer Mahaan on the April 11th episode of Raw and the idea is that he’s off TV because Veer injured him. Rey Mysterio has not wrestled since WrestleMania 38.
