Stephanie McMahon made her return to Monday Night Raw this week, and she made a huge announcement regarding the 2018 Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Stephanie McMahon announced that for the first time ever WWE will be holding an all women’s Royal Rumble match on January 28 as Raw went off the air.
