It’s been years since fans have seen former Divas Champion AJ Lee in the ring, and it doesn’t seem that she has plans to return anytime soon.
With Evolution coming up in a few weeks, there’s been a lot of talk about AJ Lee in the wrestling community, but she’s not scheduled to work the show.
During a recent panel at ACE Comic Con, The Bella Twins commented on AJ’s status, and noted that they were hoping she would be part of the event.
“I was hoping she’d be part of WWE Evolution. AJ Lee was a huge part of the women’s division. I’d love to wrestle her again. We had good chemistry. I felt that our feud with her and Paige really helped with the evolution. It would be so fun,” Nikki Bella said.
