Recently there have been a number of WWE departures as the company has been making changes while moving into its new era. There’s currently no word on how many more departures are expected, but it looks like another name is now done with WWE.
PWInsider is now reporting that former NXT UK Assistant General Manager Sid Scala. Sid Scala joined the NXT UK brand in 2018 and worked on the show through September of 2022. He last wrestled in 2023.
It was noted that Sid Scala had worked behind the scenes as a coach and producer, but he had not been used after his on air role came to an end. As of this writing Sid Scala has not publicly commented on the reported release.
