It’s been an interesting year for WWE as the company has signed a number of wrestlers to new contracts while other deals have expired. Ricochet has been part of the WWE roster for years now, but it’s no big secret that the former Intercontinental Champion’s contract is set to expire this summer.
Ricochet was written off TV a few weeks ago and it’s worth noting that WWE has now removed his profile from the roster page on their official website and moved it to the alumni section.
Even though Ricochet’s profile has been moved to the alumni section on WWE’s website it appears that he’s not a free agent just yet as Fightful Select is reporting that Ricochet is still technically under contract.
It’s believed that Ricochet’s contract with WWE is up in July and it’s been heavily rumored that he will be heading to All Elite Wrestling when he becomes a free agent.
