Over the last few years there have been a number of WWE stars who have managed to take their popularity to new heights. Danhausen made his big debut with WWE at Elimination Chamber, and although he debuted to a mixed reaction, he’s quickly become one of the most talked about stars on the roster, and some big names have taken notice.
PWInsider is reporting that Danhausen’s popularity and success was praised by Triple H and Nick Khan during a WWE employee town hall meeting this week.
According to the report they pointed out how Danhausen has become the number two merchandise seller for the company in the two and a half months since he debuted. They noted that three of his current shirt designs are currently in the top five best selling shirts, and also praised his appearances on ESPN as well as the crossover appeal of Danhausen uncursing the New York Knicks.
Danhausen is currently undefeated in WWE and he last stepped into the ring at Backlash when he teamed with Minihausen to pick up a win over The Miz & Kit Wilson.
