The last few years have been interesting as WWE has shown that they are open to the idea of working with other promotions. Natalya has been working with other companies over the last few months, and she stepped into the ring on Saturday night when she challenged Kenzie Paige for the NWA World Women’s Championship at the Crockett Cup.
Natalya competed under the name Nattie Neidhart, and she used Rage Against The Machine for her entrance music, but unfortunately for Nattie she didn’t end up winning the gold as Kenzie Paige picked up the victory to retain her championship.
Following the match Nattie got the wrestling world talking when she walked up to the barricade and slapped a fan who appeared to be heckling her. As seen in the video below security quickly intervened.

Originally Gail Kim was supposed to work as the special guest referee for the NWA World Women’s Championship match, but Kim issued a statement ahead of the Crockett Cup and announced that she would not be appearing at the event due to severe flu symptoms.
