Over the last few years Liv Morgan has become one of the breakout stars in WWE. She’s regularly featured on Raw, but Liv Morgan hasn’t been on television in recent weeks as she’s been filming a movie.
PWInsider is reporting that Liv Morgan finished filming her scenes for Bad Lieutnant: Tokyo last week in Japan. Sources close to the production are saying that Liv Morgan absolutely “crushed” her first dramatic acting role.
It’s also being said that Morgan was a complete natural on the set and easily transitioned from the wrestling world into the acting world. Everyone including experienced industry veterans were blown away by her work. Moving forward the expectation is that Liv Morgan will be back on WWE programming soon.
Currently Liv Morgan is one half of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions alongside Raquel Rodriguez, so it will be interesting to see if business picks up for the women’s tag team division once Liv is back on TV.
