The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that one idea that’s been discussed for Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 37 is a rematch against Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship.
That idea was discussed as party of a plan that would see Drew McIntyre retain the title going into the show, but WWE officials have also considered giving the title to Randy Orton for a possible match against Edge at Mania.
It was recently reported that Brock Lesnar’s WWE contract expired, and he’s now a free agent. Even though Lesnar is currently a free agent the expectation is that he will likely come to terms on a new deal with WWE when the company needs him.
