Over the past week, there have been several reports regarding the backstage heat on Baron Corbin that has forced WWE officials to take away his Money in the Bank briefcase, booked him to lose to John Cena at Summerslam, and there are reports of even more punishment.

It’s being reported by Sportskeeda that WWE officials are coming down even harder on The Lone Wolf than forcing him to lose on SmackDown Live and losing Money in the Bank. Some of his other punishments include WWE officials feeding negative lines to the commentators and creating a lot of scenarios for him to remove his t-shirt, which shows off his poor physique.
Unfortunately, there’s nothing for Baron Corbin to do aside from take his lashing for the time being. His behavior and attitude is why he’s being punished. He’s expected to get involved in the United States Title hunt with AJ Styles. WWE officials are still featuring him on television.
Going forward, Corbin is unlikely to win many big matches or to be featured as a top heel for quite some time. However, The Lone Wolf is in control of his own destiny. He just needs to be humble for some time, take his lashings, and his backstage heat will be forgotten eventually.
