We all knew the official announcement would be coming at some point, and today it finally happened. WWE has confirmed that Goldberg will indeed face off against Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series on November 20. The pay-per-view will also showcase three traditional Survivor Series matches that will feature Superstars from Raw competing against wrestlers from SmackDown. WWE also posted the following teaser on WWE.com:
“It’s finally happening. After 12 years, Goldberg will return to a WWE ring for an apocalyptic showdown with Brock Lesnar, turning the WWE Universe’s “fantasy warfare” into hard-hitting reality. The battlefield of choice? Survivor Series, live Sunday, Nov. 20, on WWE Network.”

Last week Goldberg made his long awaited return to WWE after 12 long years away, and Raw saw a nice ratings bump. For last week’s show 3.130 million viewers tuned in, but this week viewership for Raw dropped down to 2.819 million viewers.
This week the first hour of Raw drew 2.983 million viewers, followed by the second hour which drew 2.806 million viewers. The third and final hour drew 2.669 million viewers.
