It’s no big secret that Raw and SmackDown Live haven’t exactly been killing it in the ratings department over the last few weeks, and it seems that WWE is doing whatever they can to push viewership back up.

It was noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that the belief in WWE right now is that the company’s YouTube channel is cutting into ratings.

WWE usually provides fans with content on YouTube shortly after it happens on TV, but it looks like the company will be taking a different approach moving forward.

It’s being reported that the strategy going forward is to cut back on how much content gets uploaded to YouTube, at least while Raw is on the air.

It will be interesting to see if the new strategy has a positive impact on WWE’s ratings over the next few weeks.
