In the world of professional wrestling you can never say never as fans have seen some surprising returns. One name who hasn’t appeared on WWE programming in some time is Ric Flair as The Nature Boy has had his issues with the company throughout the years.
However, during a recent appearance on The Hall of Fame podcast, Ric Flair told Booker T that he made up with Triple H, and he’s now “back in.” Flair also indicated that he is planning to attend the Royal Rumble next year.
“Well, I know I can tell you this right now: the road of life is going to lead me to you in Philadelphia. Then, unfortunately, I’m coming to the Royal Rumble. You know what? WrestleMania is upon us. I know, but I mean, you’re going to see a lot of me now. I’m back in. Me and Hunter hugged. We made up. I’m back in, man. No getting rid of the Naitch. I’ll be seeing you in a couple of weeks, dude.”
Back in 2022, Ric Flair talked about his relationship with Triple H when he said, “I have no idea. He and I were incredibly close, and now I never hear from him, so I don’t know.”
He also made it clear that he had a big falling out with WWE over “The Man” trademark when he added, “We had a big falling out over the trademark ‘The Man’ issue. A big falling out. But I’d be very surprised if I wasn’t in the top five people that reached out to Stephanie when he got sick.”
One way or another it seems that things are good between Flair and WWE now.
