It’s being said that Nikki Bella has exceeded internal expectations since she returned to the company a few years ago when it comes to the merchandising department and the digital engagement Nikki generates. A source noted that they wouldn’t be surprised if WWE puts a bigger spotlight on Nikki Bella moving forward.
In recent weeks Nikki Bella has made it clear that she has her sights set on the WWE Women’s Championship. Currently Chelsea Green is set to defend the WWE Women’s Championship on this week’s episode of SmackDown, and the winner of that match will go on to defend the title against Nikki Bella on the October 30th episode.
