As we’ve seen recently on Raw and Main Event Cody Rhodes has been picking new tag team partners for Goldust ever since Payback.
The current idea for the angle is to have Cody continue to pick partners for Goldust but for Goldust and his partner to lose the match. Cody will then claim Goldust must have been the weak link in the team if he’s losing without Cody which will build towards a feud between the two.
