This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw kicked off in a big way as The Usos pulled into the arena and they were immediately attacked by Royce Keys & OTM who brutally assaulted The Usos. Jey & Jimmy were busted open during the attack, but the segment was heavily censored when it aired on Netflix.

WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that there are those within WWE’s post-production department who feel handcuffed at times when it comes to the restrictions Netflix has put in place, particularly following the censorship on Monday Night Raw.

According to the report WWE was aware of the restrictions Netflix would be putting into place, but there were some internally who did not expect things to be this intensive.

The decision to upload the uncensored version of the Raw opening segment featuring Royce Keys & OTM attacking The Usos was said to have been a unanimous decision internally. Some felt that the segment needed to be seen as it was originally intended as it was necessary to the angle.

Another source questioned whether or not the angle involving Royce Keys & OTM and The Usos should have been reserved for a week where Monday Night Raw airs in real time.
