During The Attitude Era fans were introduced to some unique tag teams one of which happened to be The Headbangers. Mosh and Thrasher were a mainstay on WWE programming for some time, and now it seems that Mosh has signed a new agreement with WWE.
Mosh, real name Charles Warrington, recently took to social media to reveal that he signed a nostalgia agreement with WWE. The WWE nostalgia contract will allow WWE to use Mosh’s likeness and request him for special appearances.

The Headbangers first debuted with WWE in November 1996 and they went on to win the WWE Tag Team Championship once. They stayed with the company for several years until Thrasher was released in 2000 and Mosh was eventually released in 2001. The duo returned to WWE for a few appearances on the SmackDown brand in 2016, but they have yet to make any appearances on WWE programming since then.
It remains to be seen if The Headbangers will be brought back for any appearances in the future, but one way or another it seems that Mosh and WWE are on good terms judging from the deal he signed. Stay tuned for updates.
