You never know when the WWE 24/7 Title might change hands, and this week the title change took place after Raw went off the air.
A few weeks ago Samir Singh won the 24/7 Title at Crown Jewel, but on Monday night Truth won the belt back.
WWE posted a video on their YouTube channel showing Sunil Singh taking his brother backstage to receive medical attention, and R-Truth posed as a doctor.
Truth took out Sunil, then slammed Samir into a wall and pinned him to become the new champion.
