It’s been a while since fans have seen CM Punk wrestle a match inside a WWE ring. Punk was eliminated from the 2014 Royal Rumble match, and the next day he parted ways with WWE.
Now that some time has passed, things are a little different now, and CM Punk has found himself working as a host for WWE Backstage on FS1.
Punk hasn’t given any indication that he plans to return to the ring, but that hasn’t stopped people from asking.
Wale recently asked Punk if he’ll be in the 2020 Royal Rumble match, and the former WWE Champion said that he won’t be in the match, but he will be talking about it on FOX.

It doesn’t look like Punk has plans to return to the ring, but it’s probably safe to say this isn’t the last time he’ll have to address the topic.
