Bayley put up a good fight at NXT TakeOver: Dallas, but unfortunately for her it wasn’t enough to retain the NXT Women’s Championship. After a long back and forth match Asuka locked in the Asuka lock which caused Bayley to pass out and lose the match. Bayley was in the Asuka Lock for a long time before she passed out but eventually the referee made the call and the title changed hands.

After the match Bayley rolled out of the ring while Asuka celebrated with the title. Bayley was sitting up with her back on the ring apron and Asuka made her way and she stared Bayley down while she was being checked on by the referee. Asuka then made her way up the ramp with the NXT Women’s Championship at hand.
