This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite saw Ortiz, Santana and Jake Hager defeat Matt Jackson, Cody Rhodes and Adam Page in the main event. The Inner Circle now has the numbers advantage going into Blood and Guts.
After the main event it was revealed that Matt Hardy has joined AEW, and he will be teaming with The Elite when he takes Nick Jackson’s place in the upcoming Blood and Guts match.
PWInsider reports that Matt Hardy is replacing Nick Jackson as Nick is currently taking time off because he’s expecting a new addition to his family soon. Nick’s time off was pre-planned.
It’s also being reported that all signs point to the Blood and Guts match being pushed back from 3/25.
