John Cena is always busy working on something, and right now he’s busy promoting season 2 of his show American Grit which airs on Fox. American Grit season 2 is set to premiere on Sunday, and on Friday John Cena stopped by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to talk about it.

Cena kicked off his appearance by playing a game called True Confessions with Jimmy Fallon and Kate McKinnon where each contestant had to tell a story and then the other players had to figure out whether their story was true or not. Cena told a story about an incident where he was hit by a car while riding his bike, and he was grilled by McKinnon and Fallon.

After the game was finished, the 16 time WWE World Champion sat down for an interview with Jimmy Fallon where Jimmy talked about what it was like to watch John Cena propose to Nikki Bella at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando.
But the real magic happened at the end of the appearance when John Cena went full John Cena by deadlifting Jimmy Fallon and you can see how it all went down below.
