Last night on Raw it was indicated that the WWE Superstars who were standing on the stage in the opening segment of the show would be Royal Rumble participants. However that’s not the case as WWE.com confirmed today that only 11 Superstars are confirmed for the match so far.
WWE listed the following names as confirmed participants for the Royal Rumble match on their website:

– Brock Lesnar
– Chris Jericho
– Bray Wyatt
– Erick Rowan
– Luke Harper
– Braun Strowman
– Dolph Ziggler
– Ryback
– Big Show
– Curtis Axel
