It’s been a while since fans have seen Roman Reigns on WWE programming, as The Big Dog was originally scheduled to challenge Bill Goldberg for the Universal Title at WrestleMania 36, but he pulled out of the event.
Now Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful is reporting that according to sources Roman Reigns is in “no rush to return” and no in WWE is faulting him for it.
There’s still no word on when Roman Reigns will return, as it’s being said that he’ll return when he wants to, so he’s not currently being figured into creative plans.
There’s said to have been no indication that Roman Reigns is being pressured to return, and it’s believed that he’s not hurting for money right now.
WWE aired a Money in the Bank cash in highlight video on a recent episode of Raw, but Reigns was edited out. It’s being reported that several high ranking officials in WWE were not told why he was edited out.
Roman Reigns recently spoke out on his absence and noted that his wife gave birth to two twin boys which is why he’s currently sitting out.
