This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw aired live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN and it was an action packed show. Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai faced off against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez in the first match of the night, and it was Damage CTRL that picked up the victory.
Even though Liv Morgan’s team didn’t win the former WWE Women’s World Champion gave it all she had, and she ended up getting busted open in the process. Following the match Liv posted several photos showing a wound over her right eye.
Fightful Select reports that Liv Morgan was busted open by a knee during the tag team match. The word going around backstage was that Liv appears to be ok, but she may need stitches.
Liv Morgan is currently scheduled to compete in the women’s Elimination Chamber match next month. The winner will go on to challenge for a title at WrestleMania, and right now there are only two open spots in the match as Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, Bianca Belair and Bayley have all qualified for the Elimination Chamber.
