Saturday night Big Cass suffered a seizure in the lobby at a House of Hardcore event during intermission. Cass received medical treatment, and it was reported that he was taken to the hospital, but he was coherent and speaking to HOH officials by the time EMTs arrived. Tommy Dreamer posted an update on Big Cass’ status via Twitter and he noted that he is doing well.

After news of the seizure started making the rounds, Enzo Amore took to Twitter to send prayers to his former partner, and he also showed more support for Cass when he posted the following:
