The Broken Hardys have been through a lot lately and it’s been one brilliant and broken trip full of deletion and gold. The Hardys recently booked a gig in Peru for March 25th and they will face the Briscoe Brothers on March 11th, but the Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes their time in Ring of Honor very well might just be another pit-stop on their way to WWE.
On March 25th, #HouseHardy is coming to Lima, Peru, South America for @ImperioLucha & we will be executing a MYRIAD of DELETIONS. pic.twitter.com/CKtmiVcBc1

We have previously reported that fans shouldn’t give up hope on the Broken Hardys showing up in WWE eventually, and the fact that Matthew Hardy has filed a trademark for his Broken Matt Hardy character would mean that if they journey through space and time and end up in WWE, then he will retain ownership of that name.
Broken Matt Hardy was throwing out challenges to Raw Tag Team Champions, The Club, the day after signing with ROH, but everything Matt does is in character.
The general belief is the Broken Hardys are still headed to WWE pending a physical exam. They want to keep this as quiet as possible since WWE doesn’t want news like this getting out, but Matt and Nero are at least staying with ROH through April 1st to continue their program with The Young Bucks.
If they drop the Ring of Honor Tag Team Titles to the “Bucks of Youth” at the April 1st Supercard of Honor XI event, it very well might be an indication that the Hardys are going to be popping back over to WWE in the very near future.
The brothers are still telling independent promoters that they can’t commit to anything after May. ROH only has three other events scheduled for April, one being a television taping on April 8th and the other two are house shows on April 28th and 29th. So far the Hardys have not been booked for any ROH appearances after the Supercard of Honor show.
One thing is for sure, if they are going to appear on the Raw or Smackdown after WrestleMania, they won’t have to drive far from Lakeland, Florida to get there.
