Over the years a number of wrestlers have worked for WWE, so naturally sometimes people don’t always see eye to eye. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have been with WWE for a long time now, but it sounds like one former WWE star felt they were hard to work with.

Recently Matt Riddle spoke to Scott Johnson of the Going Ringside podcast, and Riddle was asked about the hardest opponent he’s faced inside the squared circle. The former United States Champion said that Sheamus hits the hardest in the ring, but noted that he found it difficult to put together matches with Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.

“Hardest opponent? Hardest opponent in the ring? I would have to say Sheamus. Sheamus, easy to work with, hits really hard. So hardest in the ring. But, then when I think about who’s harder to maybe work with, I would have to say Sami Zayn or Kevin Owens… It’s hard to put a complete sentence together with those guys if you know what I’m saying… Very difficult. Sheamus hits ya hard, but it’s easy to put together.”

Sami Zayn last appeared on WWE programming when he faced off against Kevin Owens in an unsanctioned match at Elimination Chamber. Following the show Zayn was written off TV when it was announced that he’ll be out of action indefinitely. Kevin Owens has been feuding with Randy Orton who returned after the unsanctioned match at Elimination Chamber, and Orton vs. Owens is expected to be added to the WrestleMania card.
