The Royal Rumble is merely two weeks away and it seems that the Women’s Royal Rumble match is starting to shape up.
A number of current WWE superstars have already confirmed their place in the match whilst there is speculation that Michelle McCool and Molly Holly are the two first surprise entrants to be contacted by WWE.
Total Divas this past week also seems to have confirmed that two more faces will be in The Royal Rumble, former Divas Champions Brie and Nikki Bella. The duo were seen in a meeting with Senior Director of Talent Relations Mark Carrano where it was revealed that they will be part of The Royal Rumble and then storylines that will continue until WrestleMania 34.
Brie hasn’t stepped in the ring since WrestleMania 32 back in 2016 and has since become a mother, which has taken up a lot of her time over the past year. Her sister Nikki took a lengthy hiatus after WrestleMania 33 last year and has been dealing with a neck injury as well as taking part in Dancing With The Stars. The twins stated a few weeks ago on an episode of Total Divas that they wanted to make a comeback together in 2018 and have been training for a return over the past few weeks.
Both women played a huge role in the beginning of the Women’s Revolution and it seems only fair that they are able to play their part in making history as well.
