It’s not easy for Triple H to find free time nowadays. He’s the Executive Vice President, Talent, Live Events & Creative, the mastermind behind NXT, a part-time wrestler, a husband and a full time dad.
Triple H also happens to be one of the most ripped wresters to ever step in a ring, but anyone who’s ever lifted a weight knows that you can’t get shredded unless you dedicate time to working out. After all, if getting in shape were as easy as eating cheeseburgers, we would probably all look like WWE superstars.
Triple H is a legendary wrestler who will surely be a WWE Hall of Famer someday, and his late night workouts have also become somewhat legendary in their own right.
The 14 time WWE World Champion recently showed off his strength in a new workout video as he bench pressed 315lbs and it doesn’t look like age is slowing him down one bit.

For months now Triple H has been building his rivalry with Seth Rollins and the two former friends are expected to clash at WrestleMania 33. Rollins has said that he will be at the big event, but whether or not he will actually be wrestling Triple H in a traditional match remains to be seen.

One way or another, Triple H looks ready for action, so we can all rest easy knowing we’ll likely be getting another over the top Triple H entrance at WrestleMania 33.
What will he bust out this year? Dinosaurs? More terminators? Perhaps a dragon? We’ll find out in a few weeks.
