Unfortunately there are a number of stars in professional wrestling who have been forced to sit on the sidelines over the last few months due to injury. Adam Cole last competed at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view a few weeks ago, but Cole reportedly suffered a concussion during the fatal four way for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
Dave Meltzer recently shared an update on Adam Cole’s status on Wrestling Observer Radio and noted that, “Adam Cole’s gonna be out for a while.”
After winning the Owen Hart Foundation tournament at Double or Nothing, Adam Cole took some time off to heal up from a different injury. He had returned to the ring at Forbidden Door, but now there does not appear to be a timetable for his return.
