Kalisto managed to defeat Alberto Del Rio to win the United States Championship at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Kalisto hit a diving hurricanrana on Del Rio and sent him face first into the turnbuckle. Del Rio bounced back and then Kalisto put him away Salida Del Sol.
This is Kalisto’s second reign with the United States Championship.
