This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown aired live from the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California and the show featured a big title match as Chelsea Green defended the WWE Women’s Championship against Roxanne Perez.
As soon as the match kicked off both women brought the fight to one another as the commentary team pointed out that none of Roxanne’s fellow Judgment Day members came out to ringside to support her. Throughout the match Roxanne continued to target Chelsea’s left arm.
Near the end of the match Chelsea knocked Roxanne down and she went to the top rope as the referee checked on Roxanne. While Chelsea was on the top rope Raquel Rodriguez appeared and knocked her down.
Iyo Sky came out to make the save and she took out Raquel. Roxanne then jumped out of the ring and attacked Iyo. When Roxanne got back in the ring Chelsea hit her with the Unprettier then pinned her to win the match.
After the match Liv Morgan attacked Chelsea and the Judgment Day beat down Chelsea and Iyo. Tiffany Stratton came out to make the save. Liv Morgan picked up the Money in the Bank briefcase and tried to use it as a weapon, but Stratton took it and dropped Liv.
Stratton attempted to cash in on Liv Morgan as she tried to hand the briefcase to the referee. However, Liv got up and Stratton hit her with the briefcase. Tiffany tried to cash in again while Liv was incapacitated, but Raquel pulled Liv Morgan out of the ring and Roxanne backed them up.
