For weeks John Cena called out The Undertaker on Raw and on social media, but after he didn’t receive an answer, Cena insisted that he was going to WrestleMania as a fan, and he did.
Cena showed up and sat in the audience for the first few matches, and he looked like he was having a good time as he drank a beer and talked with the fans.
A referee came out and talked to John Cena, then he ran up the ramp to the backstage area.
He later made his way back out dressed in his ring gear, and he said “he’s here.” He waited for The Undertaker, but when no one appeared, he walked back up the ramp, but the lights went out and then Elias made his entrance.
Elias told Cena he could back up, because he’s going to take it from here, and Cena went back to his seat in the crowd. Elias did his thing, and started singing a song, but when he told Cena and the fans that they sucked, Cena got in the ring and hit him with the Five Knuckle Shuffle then the AA and he kicked the guitar out of the ring.
His music then hit, and Cena looked very disappointed as he walked back up the ramp, but then his music stopped and the lights went out.
Undertaker’s hat and coat appeared in the ring. Then the lights went out again and they disappeared.
The gong hit and the crowd went wild as Undertaker’s music hit and he made his way out to the WrestleMania stage. Taker then walked down the ramp and made his way to the ring.
He took off his hat and coat, a referee rang the bell, and he went right after Cena.
Taker made short work of Cena as he dominated him for a few minutes and hit all his classic moves. Taker ended things quick when he hit Cena with a chokeslam then he put him away with just one Tombstone.
It was pretty much a squash match.
Even though the match was short, Taker seemed to move much better than he did last year. After the match he did his classic pose then walked up the ramp and raised one fist.
