They say that anything can happen in the world of professional wrestling and last week The Rock made his return to SmackDown. The Final Boss called out Cody Rhodes then told Cody that he wants him to be his champion. Rock then took things to the next level when he let Cody know that he doesn’t want his title, he wants his soul.
This weekend The Rock will be making his next appearance on WWE programming as he gave Cody Rhodes until Elimination Chamber to make his decision. Ahead of his confrontation with Cody at Elimination Chamber, The Rock teased what’s next for his feud with The American Nightmare when he posted the following:

As of right now there’s a lot of speculation regarding where this storyline with The Rock is headed, but The Final Boss indicated during the SmackDown post-show press conference last week that his feud with Cody won’t be culminating with a match.
