TNA’s network drama has been a hot topic over the past few months. Not too long ago there was a rumor going around saying Destination America was dropping TNA in September but obviously that hasn’t happened. Dixie Carter confirmed in a recent interview that TNA is contracted to air on Destination America through the beginning of 2016.
Beyond that a new report from PWInsider says that TNA may be talking to as many as 4 different networks about a possible TV deal. However which networks the company is talking to at this point is unknown. There’s speculation that WGN might be talking with TNA as they were interested in working with the company before Impact arrived on Destination America.
If TNA does not sign a new deal with Destination America, or another network before their current deal expires, there’s a chance that Impact could be off the air while TNA searches for a new home.
