Roman Reigns is a pretty big deal in WWE, as the company constantly likes to remind fans that he’s The Big Dog. But Reigns hasn’t appeared on WWE programming in several weeks due to a viral infection, and his status for Survivor Series has been in doubt.
It was rumored that WWE officials had big plans to add Roman Reigns to Team Raw for Survivor Series, but the team was finalized this week at the Raw taping in Manchester, England, and as of this writing Reigns isn’t part of the team.
PWInsider reports that the word going around backstage at Monday Night Raw this week in Manchester, England, is that he will be appearing on Raw next week from Atlanta, GA.
Whether or not this means that a member of Team Raw will be removed to make space for Reigns remains to be seen, but it appears that The Big Dog will be making his return next week if all goes well.
If Roman Reigns isn’t added to Team Raw at Survivor Series, it’s possible that WWE will continue with The Shield reunion which was unfortunately cut short due to Roman’s absence.
The Shield are currently scheduled to headline a number of upcoming Raw live events in November and December.
