This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw aired live from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA and the show featured a big main event. Jey Uso defended his Intercontinental Championship against Bron Breakker, and it was Breakker who walked out with the belt.
At one point Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu made their way down to the ringside area and Solo held up two tickets along with a YEET shirt. Jey got out of the ring and confronted him as Solo told Jey that he’s here to help him win.
Jey Uso threw Bron Breakker into the ring post then leaned onto the barricade. Tonga Loa came up from behind him and tried to hype Jey up, but then Jey superkicked him. Jey took out Tama Tonga next. Solo Sikoa hopped over the barricade and argued with Jey as Bron Breakker ran over for a spear. Jey got out of the way and Bron speared Solo Sikoa by accident instead.
Jacob Fatu stepped over the barricade and got in Breakker’s face, but Jey Uso jumped over the top rope to the outside to take them both down. Jey Uso got Breakker back in the ring then went to the top for a splash. Breakker put the knees up and went for a spear. Jey hit a spear of his own followed by a splash off the top rope. However, Bron Breakker kicked out at two.
Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa got up on the apron and distracted the referee. Adam Pearce made his way out with a number of WWE officials who had Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa removed.
Jey Uso ran around the ring and went to charge at Breakker, but Jacob Fatu popped up from behind the announce table and hit Jey with a superkick while the ref wasn’t looking. Fatu then planted Jey Uso on the announce table with a Samoan Drop.
Bron Breakker threw Jey uso back in the ring then hit the spear to win the Intercontinental Championship for the second time in his career.
