Last week on SmackDown, American Alpha won a tag team turmoil match to become the new number 1 contenders for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. But after the match was over, The Wyatt Family appeared on the screen, and they told American Alpha that they’re coming for them.
This week on SmackDown, American Alpha and The Wyatt Family faced off in the main event with a Tag Team Title shot on the line and The Wyatt Family won. The end came when American Alpha attempted to hit Grand Amplitude on Bray Wyatt, but Randy Orton broke it up with a RKO. Luke Harper then interfered and Bray Wyatt hit Jason Jordan with Sister Abigail for the win.
SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, and Alexa Bliss also met in the middle of the ring for a contract signing this week, and Alexa Bliss ended up putting Becky through a table. Backstage Renee Young interviewed Becky Lynch and told her that Alexa Bliss wants to face her in a tables match at TLC, and Becky agreed to the stipulation.
