Tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite is set to take place from the Webster Bank Arena in Bridgeport, CT and as they say anything can happen when you watch a live wrestling show.
Fightful Select is reporting that Original ROH World Champion Johnathan Gresham is at the AEW TV tapings tonight. However, it’s not clear if he will be appearing on Dynamite or if AEW plans to use him in any capacity.
Gresham has been a free agent since the week after the ROH Final Battle pay-per-view back in December. Currently Johnathan Gresham is set to face Bandido to crown the Undisputed ROH World Champion at Supercard of Honor XV when ROH returns from hiatus in April, but there’s currently no word on if the promotion has plans for him beyond that.
Johnathan Gresham will have to be back in Atlanta for Thursday as he’s set to defend his Original ROH World Championship against current AEW star Santana at the Terminus 2 event. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
