This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown is set to take place from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ and it sounds like WWE has an action packed show planned.
So far WWE has confirmed that Iyo Sky will defend her WWE Women’s Championship against Asuka tonight, and Rey Mysterio will team with Santos Escobar to face off against The Street Profits.
WWE has confirmed that John Cena will be appearing on SmackDown tonight, but plans for the former WWE Champion have not been officially announced just yet. It looks like Cena will be in action tonight as PWInsider is reporting that he will be teaming with AJ Styles and they will be facing Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa in a tag match.
Last week John Cena appeared on the Grayson Waller Effect and he was confronted by Jimmy Uso. Cena was then attacked by Solo Sikoa and AJ Styles ended up making the save.
