Last weekend was huge for Seth Rollins as he competed in the finals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament when he faced off against AJ Styles at Night of Champions. Rollins ended up winning it all and he celebrated his WWE World Heavyweight Championship win on the following episode of Raw.
It’s safe to say that Seth Rollins now has a target on his back as many WWE stars will be coming for his belt. Seth Rollins will defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship for the first time this weekend when he faces off against The Miz at the WWE live event in White Plains, NY at the Westchester County Center on Saturday 6/3.
According to PWInsider the following matches are planned for the event:
*WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins’ first title defense vs. The Miz.
*Cody Rhodes vs. Finn Balor in a White Plains Street Fight.
*Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs. The Viking Raiders.
*Bianca Belair vs. Bayley.
