After WrestleMania 35 Sasha Banks took some time away from WWE, but she recently made a big return as a heel and she’s currently one of the top stars in the women’s division.
Sasha has been receiving quite the push as of late, and it seems that she’ll be staying with WWE for some time.
Fightful is reporting that a high-level name within WWE confirmed that Sasha Banks extended her WWE contract, and that it was extended upon her return.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, so the length of the extension and when the deal actually took place beyond “upon her return” are unknown.
Banks is currently set to face Alexa Bliss on Raw tonight, and she’ll be challenging Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship at Hell in a Cell in a few weeks.
